Ocean City, Maryland
Muff Diver will be staying at Ocean City's White Marlin Marina at Slip 5. We will be there yearly from May thru October.
The fishing day in Ocean City normally begins between 5am (offshore) and 6am (inshore). Inshore fishing consist of fishing for Bluefish, Sea Bass, False Albacore, King Mackerel and Shark. Offshore fishing consist of Billfish, Tuna fish, Dolphin fish, Wahoo and Shark. The inshore ride is normally about a hour or less and the offshore is about a hour and a half more. Ocean City has many different types of fishing but the problem is that they are spread far apart so we usually target one species and the others are a byproduct.
Ocean City is a wonderful place to bring your family. There is lots to do and see and the weather is normally nice and the fishing normally good.
The closest hotel (and a clean one) is Atlantic Hotel, (1-800-3-ATLANTIC). There's also The Francis Scott Key Motel, right on route 50 and within 1/2 mile of the marina. Their phone number is 800-213-0088. Most of our customers use them but there are plenty of other places to rent.
